I had talked to a few nose surgeons before getting recommended to Dr.Chambers and many of them, as well as their staff had a terrible bedside manner. During the process of trying to find a surgeon, before I met Dr.Chambers I had found a common pattern that almost all of the surgeons I met with, spoke to me in a way that the average person who is not in the medical field would not understand which made things confusing and stressful for me. Dr.Chambers performed a Septio Rhinoplasty on me in June and I could not have had a more perfect experience, he did a phenomenal job at explaining to me what the process was going to be like before, during, and after the surgery without confusing me at all, which made me feel very comfortable expressing my opinions with him. I had never had surgery before so I was slightly nervous when I entered the hospital and somehow Dr.Chambers even managed to make me feel comfortable there as well. I had a deviated septum which prevented me from being able to breathe properly on top of the fact that I had also been insecure about my nose for a very long time already. Dr.Chambers fixed my septum so I am now able to breathe which has left me getting much better sleep, on top of just being able to breathe better in general. He also made my nose look exactly how I described it to him, he could not have done a better job and I have absolutely nothing I would change about how my nose now looks and feels. I could tell when Dr. Chambers was looking at my face for the first time that he knew what would look good and suit my face and we were very much on the same page about what I wanted, and what he recomneded. Dr.Chambers did an absolutely perfect job and I am still in awe of what my nose now looks like. His secretary, Brianna was extremely patient and kind with me, which is something that I hadn't had at any of the other surgeons offices that I spoke to before going to Dr.Chambers office.
